palsgraf_polkaI just went and saw Order of the Phoenix (late night showing - no kids...it was nice). AND THE MOVIE WAS FUCKING GREAT! Best one by far. Now I'm all jazzed for next Friday night when I wait in line at midnight for the book. Woohoo!

But from a cinematic standpoint, they did a good job taking page after page after page of Snape drama and pared it down to where you get the gist of it. I know Snape's Worst Memory was too short, but you understand that Snape hates Harry because his father was an ass to him.
About reading the book fast, I'm just glad that the wedding I thought was on Saturday is really on Sunday (hooray for Jews!) so I don't have to wait in line at midnight, read the entire book, take No Doz and be at a wedding by 1pm.
