I was reading this article:

on the census worker and here is a passage:

Accident? Really? One can accidentally get naked, gagged, duct taped, hanged and have "Fed" written on your chest?

Well.....maybe. I'll concede your point there. That would be some crazy misdirection from a wildly cunning mind to come up with the "Fed" on his chest after he/she accidentally killed the guy during rough BDSM. But anything's possible, I suppose.
