I went to get a prescription filled today and I had to wait 20 minutes, so I grabbed a burrito (I was splurging on something fatty) at a place a few doors down, where they obviously have fine dinning.

I love authentic Mexican food. Visiting my brother when he was stationed in Clovis, NM was a treat. Not much going on in Clovis, but the food was excellent.

It was a good burrito - boiled pinto beans, steak, rice, onions, cilantro and salsa. I remember living in London in 1996 and that was what I missed the most about California; good Mexican food. I do love it so.
