You know how in one of my voice posts I talked about the dead pig on the side of the road. Last week, I drove by the field in the photograph below and there were about 40 pigs in the field, but I thought they were domesticated. Well, I was talking to a co-worker who also lives in Lompoc, and she said that those pigs (and the various dead ones on the side of the road) are wild!
I was driving home from work tonight when i spied a family of the pigs in the field. So I pulled over, and unfortunately, as soon as I stepped out of the car, they moved away from the road (they were quite close) and started walking away. So, they are really small in this picture, but they are wild pigs!
