Whoo hot!

I got a pre-made ready to heat & eat Jambalaya at Fresh & Easy (I bought a whole slew of these kind of meals there...it's such a bargain and everything is fresh...they're refrigerated and only good for a few days at most) and am eating it for lunch and it is spicy!

Really tasty though. And only $2.99! Better than going to El Pollo Loco or Chicken Ranch and blowing $9 on lunch.

Mmmm... loves me some spicy jambalaya. I have a kick-ass recipe for jambo using andouille sausage, chicken, celery, onion, bell pepper....
