Poll Time!

[Poll #1563199]

ETA: I take them because DHA is supposed to be good for evening out bipolar moods.

I'd count 'em, but I wouldn't freak out about it if you ended up with 31 or 32 grams one day.

(I'm taking them, too, but more to try to improve my good/bad cholesterol ratio.)

i said don't count them, but oddly enough for the same reason that arthur gave. 1 gram is no big deal

I take 6 of these a day, 3 in the morning and 3 at night. You have to be taking a genuinely therapeutic dose of Omega-3 oils for it to work.

This particular product and that particular dose most closely duplicates what's in Lovaza, the only FDA-approved Omega-3 fish oil... only difference is, this stuff is like 1/10 the price of fuckin' Lovaza.

I'm doing WW, and I'm not counting them. It seems to me that right now, 30 grams is not a set in stone type magical number. The point is to aim for something MUCH lower than what was being consumed before.

If you don't count them and aim for 30 -all right!
If you count them and aim for 32 -all right!

Having a measurable daily goal IS important, but if your supplements are helping, don't penalize yourself over them.
