Let me guess: the meat is well-done, and it's the kind of meat that deserves to be?

At least, that's how it works at the pollo joints around these parts.

The meat was cooked fine, but the marinade was really sweet and there was a flavor in the marinade that clashed really badly with the beef flavor. It really tasted wrong in my mouth.
