Spider caught a big fly!

My boss called me into his office to show me that his window spider (he's been there for almost a year!) caught a big fly and was busy sucking it dry. I, of course, had to take a picture!

That thing that looks like a tiny mouse in the front of the spider is the fly. Nature is so cool.

I had a spider living in one of my bathrooms. One day I noticed a larger spider was creeping up on it and getting ready to eat it, so I intercepted the aggressor with some TP and squashed it. But my spider buddy must have been made that I messed up its web because it went elsewhere after that.

I have killed a few huge spiders in my house, which I now regret. Except for the one that almost jumped on my hand as I removed something from a cabinet, soon after I moved in. That wasn't one of the monsters though, some of them you could hear when they walked they were so large.

I don't know much about spiders; I wouldn't have known whether it was trying to eat the first spider or looking for love. Talk about the ultimate cockblock.

You may be right. Spidey-sex usually involved copulation, then eating.
