I'm spending my evening making Civil Litigation flash cards for my mid-term on Wednesday.

Some of my fellow law students swore by flash cards, but these were usually people who tried to get in as many multiple-choice test classes as possible. I relied almost entirely on outlining.

I do that too - I have my laptop and I take perfectly outlined notes in class. But this mid-term is 80% based on vocabulary, short answer format. So I'm boning up.
