My mother busted out the deep fryer today to make homemade potato chips for our snacks. Well, I couldn't resist having this opportunity, so I made Deep Fried Coke.

It was so good!

You take 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs (beaten), and then 1 1/2 cups Coke. Mix them into a batter and drizzle it into the deep fryer like a funnel cake. Mmmmmmmm...
