Do you think David Boies would be a good choice to replace Stevens?

I think his legal background is pretty damn impressive, he has shown an ability to argue either side of an issue, and his philanthropy is pretty apolitical. That said, I think the "loyal opposition" is going to have a field day with his personal life.
