Perfect, but can we throw in a trip to Florence and one to Amsterdam? In Florence I want to see the Uffizi and the Casa Buonarroti, and eat at either La Casalinga in the Oltrarno district, near Santo Spirito, or at Osteria de'Benci in Santa Croce. In Amsterdam I want to see the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam, the Van Gogh house, the Rembrandt Museum, and of course the Anne Frank house, then do a tour of the pot cafés. I don't care where we eat, I'm sure we'll have such fierce munchies anything will taste good!! Although Fodor's says Café Bern is top notch for a garlicky cheese fondue, as well as D' Vijff Vlieghen...
